HERITAGE MP 2

MP2 stands for “Master Piece 2” and is the new official Heritage D/A converter. Its main updates are: the addition of a USB module, improved output gain, revised microcontroller, and replacement of obsolete components with new generation IC. The Heritage DAC MP2 has been revised to surprise and satisfy the Audiophile. The output gain has been improved in order to provide a better spatial sound that is extraordinarily pure and bright. The microcontroller script has also been optimised to use all of its hardware capacity. This improvement in efficiency results in increased sonic performance. The addition of the USB connection allows the user to connect a PC/MAC to an Orpheus Heritage MP2 and use it as a sound card. You can now listen to music from your computer using the conversion quality of your Orpheus D/A Converter. The audio card is capable of transferring audio data in the depth of 24 bits at a 96KHz sample rate.
